Fabrizio has over two decades of combined expertise in asset management, credit analysis, and climate finance.
Prior to setting up Impactivise, Fabrizio held key positions as head of fixed income product management and credit analyst at renowned asset management firms and rating agencies, including Jupiter Asset Management, PIMCO Source JV, BNP Investment Partners, Union Bancaire Privee, Moody’s Investor Service, and Standard & Poor’s.

Fabrizio actively contributes to climate finance initiatives. He collaborates with organizations such as the Climate Bonds Initiative and other non-profit entities focused on supporting corporates, banks, and investors in developing climate-aligned strategies.
Fabrizio frequently authors articles and participates in panel discussions for esteemed publications such as Financial Times’ Sustainable Views, The Banker, and other relevant platforms.

Fabrizio’s educational background includes an executive MBA from the London Business School, earning the CFA charter in 2006, and holding a master’s degree from the Université Mons-Hainaut in Belgium. Fluent in English, French, Italian, and Spanish, he is located in London, bringing a global perspective to his work.

Silvia Scozzafava is a landscape ecologist and environmental consultant. Silvia has 2 decades of experience in nature conservation, environmental impact assessment and permitting. Passionate about nature-based innovations she co-founded Aichi Obiettivo 20, whose mission is to support the implementation of landscape finance mechanisms and promote projects that couple local development and landscape stewardship.

Silvia is very active in promoting nature-based solutions and regularly works on net-zero positive corporate strategies across several sectors incl. paper/wood, infrastructure & metals & mining.

Silvia holds a PhD in environmental science and is a member of the IUCN commission on ecosystem management.

Michel Pinto is a Senior Advisor at Impactivise bringing his wealth of experience in sustainable finance. Michel,  former CFO of Unilever subsidiaries and former Group Treasurer at Unilever in charge of International Funding and banking relationship, is a highly skilled Finance Executive with 40 years in depth experience in Finance and General Management. Michel advises on supporting company executives with an external lens while considering risks and opportunities. He is as well a former Member of the Technical Group on Sustainable Finance at European Commission. He is also a Senior Advisor at Climate Bonds Initiative (CBI) and a Consultant in ACTE, coaching managers looking for new working opportunities.

Michel won several awards including:
Co-lead of the European Treasury Team of the year awarded twice (award ACT 2013 and 2017).
Best Corporate Funding Official (Euroweek Award 2011)
Best Borrowing Team (Euroweek Award 2011).
Led the first Dim Sum bond issued by a European Corporate (February 2011)
Led the lowest coupon bond issuance in the corporate history (July 2012) in the US markets.
Led the first Green Sustainability bond issuance in the £ market (March 2014).
